Custom Orders
All custom or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Non-Custom Items
Returns or exchanges for non-custom items may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
